DEFINITIONS
Float - A decorated car, truck or flatbed; AND/OR a car, truck or flatbed pulling a decorated platform. All floats should be under 40-foot long. Floats over 40-foot long are not able to make the appropriate street turns along the designated parade route.
Vehicle - An undecorated car, truck, motorcycle or bicycle with either two or four wheels.
Group - Two or more people.
Individual - One person.
Identifying Banner - Signage or apparel with your organization's name, mission, statement or other verbiage. This includes an individual or group of people wearing the same t-shirts, or holding several signs to promote their organization, product or cause. You must register if you are promoting an organization, business or cause.

Individuals may participate in the parade without being a paid registrant. Individuals or groups displaying a sign, banner, shirt, etc., that clearly states an affiliation or association must be a paid registrant.

If the above conditions are not met individuals or group will not be allowed to march.

All individuals and groups participating in the Pride Parade agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations described herein.
All submitted registrations must be completed. Failure will result in registration being delayed or denied.

The registration fee(s) must be received by May 31, 2013 to avoid a late charge.

Fees are quoted per unit. Registration Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Organizations, companies or individuals may sponsor or represent entries with multiple units, but a separate fee will be assessed for each unit. Units not covered by fees paid will not be allowed to proceed down the Parade route and may jeopardize participation by the entire entry.
