Vendor space/table sharing is not allowed.
Festival Vendors selling merchandise, food, goods and/or services are required to hold a one day sellers license/permit.
The cost for the license/permit is included in your registration fee and will be issued by Southern Maine Pride.
Southern Maine Pride will enforce the right to eject any person or entity from city grounds, adjoining sidewalks and roadways holding a Street Vendors license, but not a Southern Maine Pride Festival Registration. (Pursuant to the order declaring the 25th Annual Southern Maine Pride Celebration Festival, June 12, 2011 through June 19th, 2011, as approved by Portland City Council.)
