Pride Parade Route Map
The Parade on Saturday, June 16, 2012 begins 12:30pm sharp at Monument Square in Portland. It proceeds heading west down Congress Street, turns north onto High Street, turns west down Park Avenue and arrives at Deering Oaks Park at the intersection of Park Avenue and Mellon Street at approximately 1:15pm. It is immediately followed by the start of the Southern Maine Pride Festival!
(PLEASE NOTE: The 2012 Parade will continue on Park Avenue and not turn onto State Street Extension as it has in past years. Marchers will enter the Deering Oaks Park off of Park Avenue at Mellen Street. Floats and Vehicles will continue and park on Park Avenue (Deering Oaks Side).
