Join us for a fun-filled day of celebrating Pride!

Saturday, June 16, 2012
1pm-5pm
Deering Oaks Park, Portland Maine

The Festival in the park is a great way to network, advertise & promote your organization or business, sell your products or services and support the LGBTQIA communities. Become a vendor and share your voice with our community.

2012 Festival Vendor Registration Forms are available online.

Dear Festival Vendors,

The Festival will be in a new location on the Park Avenue side of Deering Oaks.

Please take a look at the  photo above. It will give you an overview of the location and layout this year.

All of Park Avenue (Park side) will be designated “No Parking”, from State Street to Deering Avenue.

There will be a Vendor Loading area on Park Avenue, near the Vendor area.

The Vendor Loading area is for unloading only, please unload as quickly as possible as others will be waiting. You must park elsewhere after unloading.

(Tennis Court Road, gravel lot beside the Deering Oaks Park information building, State Street Extension, King Middle School, Park Avenue (non park side), Deering Avenue, or other residential streets nearby.)

You may unload anytime after 8:00 am, but Vendor space/table will not be ready before 10:00 am.

You must check-in with the Vendor coordinator before you start setting up your table(s).

The Festival is from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

As stated in the Rules and Regulations, you must remove all your Vendor trash and debris from the Park. Please do not leave empty boxes, paperwork, give aways, etc., for volunteers to clean up after you have left.

The dumpster and trash bins are only for disposal of festival attendee trash.

We appreciate your efforts in maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of Deering Oaks Park.

The Parade will end on Park Avenue at Mellen Street. Parade marchers will enter Deering Oaks Park and continue along Bowling Green pathway, shown in the photo above. Parade floats and vehicles will park on Park Avenue.

The City Of Portland and Parks & Recreation has been wonderful working with us to make the Festival an even more enjoyable event for you and the estimated 5000 people attending, this year. If you see members of city staff, parks & recreation or other city officials, please take a moment to thank them.

See you all on Saturday, June 18th, for the 25th annual Southern Maine Pride Festival
